Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Registrations are transferable if there is another workshop at a later date or you may substitute someone else in your place. No refunds will be granted for online courses or nonattendance.

Cancellations must be completed online or submitted via help desk ticket no later than 7 calendar days prior to the event to receive a full refund.

Requests for refunds made within 6 days of the event will be considered on an individual basis, are not guaranteed, and will be assessed a cancellation fee of $25.00 if granted.

Please call or email the listed Session CONTACT PERSON to cancel your registration if it is less than 7 days before the Session.

No Children at Trainings:
To ensure the safety of children under the age of 18, minors are not allowed in professional development sessions or to be left unattended on the premises. Region 10 Education Service Center does not provide child care accommodations. Participants who bring children will be asked to leave.

Photo and Video Consent:
When you participate in a Region 10 event or Professional Development opportunity, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Region 10. Images, photos, and/or videos may be used to promote similar Region 10 events in the future, highlight the event, and exhibit the capabilities of Region 10. You release Region 10, its employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video, and/or sound recordings.
