As part of a broader strategy to significantly increase the number of students in Texas who have access to High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM), TEA (Texas Education Agency) has developed a set of Research-Based Instructional Strategies (RBIS) to articulate the key instructional shifts that are necessary to bring rigorous instruction to life for students. During Days 1 and 2, you will learn more about the RLA RBIS as well as consider how they look in action. Day 3 is reserved for TEA Approved Providers who will turnkey the RBIS sessions and lead the Collective Learning series associated with the Strong Foundations Planning with Texas LEAs.
Audience:
TEA Approved Providers and LEA personnel who need to receive the RBIS training under grants other than a Strong Foundations grant.
Presenters:
Kelly Menzel and Matt Pierson, TNTP
