What to Expect: A series of six short videos that support the following learning outcomes:
- Understand the measurements of learning effectiveness within the Learning-Transfer Evaluation Model
- Identify how elements of the PLM (Design Essentials) are embedded into LTEM
- Explore strategies to measure learning effectiveness, and
- Set goals for designing learning experiences with LTEM in mind
Who Should Join: any Region 10 Professional Learning Facilitator new to LTEM, or those who want to strengthen their knowledge of designing for and measuring learning-transfer.

To receive credit for this Micro-Course, submission of the Reflection Forms (2) and completion of the Triggered Action Plan are required.
