Screen Wisdom: Cinematherapy Lessons to learn for Teachers




There has been much discussion about the value of utilizing cinematherapy with gifted students, but what about their educators? Thoughtfully chosen film and television media will provide concrete examples of gifted characteristics, stereotypes, and parenting issues, and will expose educators to common social-emotional traits and atypical populations of the gifted that may not be identified in their local community.

THERE ARE TWO PRICE TIERS FOR THIS EVENT

  1. REGION 10 GIFTED AND TALENTED PACKAGE MEMBERS RECEIVE FREE REGISTRATION
  2. IN-REGION/OUT OF REGION, NON-COOPERATIVE MEMBERS PAY $100.
