Diving into Math SLD
Math Reasoning & Problem Solving & Best Practices




A learning disability in mathematics, including Dyscalculia, impacts an individual's capacity to acquire mathematical skills. This learning disability makes is hard to learn the value of numbers and do basic math calculations and reasoning. However, with the right tools and instruction the impacts can be mitigated. Join Region 10 ESC to explore how to evaluate, identify, intervene, progress monitor, and observe instruction surrounding Math SLD.

Important Session Information:


This training is intended for teachers (Evals/ ARD managers)/ administrators to learn the foundations of math reasoning and problem solving skills that all students should receive and how to intervene in the resource or inclusion setting when they struggle.

There are two price tiers for this event

1.   Region 10 public local education agencies receive free registration

2.   Out of Region and/or Private/Non-Profit entities pay $150.00
