Drivers registered for a class who do not attend andhavenot been canceled by their districts (prior to 5 working daysbefore the beginning of the class) will be invoiced as if they had attended the class and no credit will begiven.

Substitutions cannot be made for drivers who are registered but fail to attend a class.
