The Professional Learning Model (PLM+) is a system for designing, delivering, and assessing the impact of our professional learning sessions. Our purposes will be to:

• Recognize the unique needs and characteristics of adult learners
• Connect the Design Essentials to the work you do and make intentional implementation your routine
• Uncover connections between the Design Category and other Success Criteria
• Think out the design considerations and tools to build effective professional learning sessions
• Learn the WHYs and HOWs of data collections at R10

Who Should Join:  any Professional Learning Facilitator new to Region 10 or those that want to strengthen their knowledge of the PLM+ process.
