In this workshop, Donalyn Miller shares the benefits of supportive reading communities, the pitfalls when building school wide reading initiatives, and abundant resources for fostering your school reading community. The workshop includes extensive book recommendations of current and timeless books that engage students and can support independent reading or group reading and discussion.
