Teaching Genocide Studies with the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum




This Social Studies professional learning opportunity will provide support with implementing the Social Studies TEKS, research-based instructional strategies focused on inquiry, historical thinking, future-ready learning, and access to quality resources targeted to provide support for all secondary courses (grades 9-12).

Join us for resources and strategies to teach the 10 Stages of Genocide. Get a deep-dive tour of the gallery and listen first hand to panel of Survivor speakers from the Holocaust, Cambodian Genocide, and Rwanda Genocide Against the Tutsis. This session includes continental breakfast and lunch.
