This workshop will provide training in the following:

•Introduction to Assessment (norm, criteria, and authentic assessment)

• Determining appropriate assessments-the why, what and the how

• Administering the assessment

• The use of collaborative practices to support assessment and goal achievement

• Reviewing the assessment data

• Discussion of placement options

• Providing necessary supports

• IEP goal writing (short and long term)

This session is provided at no charge to Region 10 charter schools and Region 10 ISDs. Fee will be removed at check-out.
