The Angry Smile: Changing Passive Aggressive Behavior (One Day)

This workshop is designed for teachers who work with or interact with a passive aggressive student and want to better understand and manage the often-troubling dynamics. This 1-day training takes an in-depth look at the roots of passive aggressive behavior, exploring masked anger at five distinct and increasingly pathological levels. The course features the Passive Aggressive Conflict Cycle as well as eight specific skills that educators can use to respond effectively to the troubling behaviors.  We will look at a six- step process for confronting and changing passive aggressive behaviors in the long-term, using extensive discussion, video examples and role play. This training is based on the principals of Life Space Crisis Intervention (LSCI)
