Playbook-Using Play to work on skills for young students with complex needs

Training relating to education or services for students with low incidence disabilities.

Important Session Information:

Play is an integral part of how basic concepts and skills are learned at early developmental stages. In this session participants will look at different assessment tools and checklists and develop a list of play activities to promote skill acquisition in areas of the expanded core curriculum (ECC) and prerequisite skills for academic content areas. Each participant will leave with a resource bank of activities to reference when developing lessons for their students.
