Mark your calendars!

Targeted Audience:  ISD, Charter, Private and Non-Profit Principals

Purpose: To inspire innovation, increase professional efficacy and build leadership capacity through showcasing Region 10 ESC best leadership practices.

Research shows that the principal's professional learning is vital to the growth of the staff they lead and the students they serve.

This inspirational event will provide you and your leadership team with a great opportunity to network with other like-minded leaders; it will reveal some of the latest practices that are influencing the dynamic, disruptive changes taking place in education and provide you with a mindset to propel student learning forward.

The speakers will relate their success stories and enable you to immediately apply or adjust your leadership practice in your school or districts to reimagine the future for schools, staff, and student success.

Region 10 is proud to present its Annual Innovate Principal Conference.

What is innovation?

An idea must be replicable at an economical cost and must satisfy a specific need to be called an innovation. Innovation involves the deliberate application of information, imagination, and initiative in deriving greater or different values from resources and includes all the processes by which new ideas are generated and converted into useful products. In education, innovation often results when ideas are explored under the principal's leadership and implemented by the school or district to continue to serve the educational and emotional needs of campus staff and the diverse student population.
