As a result of this workshop, World Language (LOTE) educators will be able to articulate the desired results and the acceptable evidence for the courses they teach. In addition, teachers will experience a model lesson and examine how it was created leveraging the backward design process. Teachers will also work individually or on teams to craft learning objectives that will lead students to the appropriate language performance (evidence) to achieve the course proficiency level (desired results).
