Time Management Update: Leveraging traditional Strategies and New Technologies(12.7.2021)




Targeted Audience: ISD's, PNP's and Charter Schools Executive Secretaries, Office/Support Staff Personnel

Webinars are being offered for office support staff personnel at no cost to districts/charters/private schools that purchased the Region 10 Administrative Services Package. Each webinar will be one hour in length. Webinars are interactive and may be recorded for those individuals who cannot attend the sessions.

The cost for Charter Schools/Districts/Private Schools who have not purchased the Region 10 Administrative Services Package and non-Region 10 participants is $100.00 per person.

Important Session Information:


Time management is an ongoing reflective process.  People who manage time effectively are always asking essential times questions such as: 

  • Is this the best use of my time? 
  • Is this the most effective way to get this task done?  
  • Do I allow others to manage their time at my expense and can I do anything about it? 
  • Do I leverage the technology that is at my disposal? 
  • Do I plan successfully and address critical things that don’t have a deadline (Vital vs. Urgent)
  • How can I work more productively with my supervisor so we can both manage time more effectively? 

This session will seek to answer these questions or point you in the direction of finding your own answers.
