The strands of the newly adopted ELAR TEKS focus on the importance of academic oracy, proficiency in oral expression and comprehension. In this session, participants will learn strategies for providing students with multiple opportunities to practice and apply academic language to help facilitate comprehension growth.

All participants registered on the Region 10 website will receive Zoom login information prior to the webinar date.

There are two price tiers for this event:

1. Members of the Region 10 Instructional Practices Package receive free registration.
2. R10 teachers and Out of Region teachers who are not members of the Region 10 Instructional Practices Package pay $100.00.
