Join us for this engaging session with Attorney David Hodgins with Thompson and Horton as it pertains to Special Education.   This session will outline and discuss the key discipline rules and regulations affecting the discipline of students with disabilities.  From the "10-day rule" to manifestation determinations, David Hodgins will cover the most important legal requirements, plus practical advice and illustrations.  By attending this session, you will obtain a solid understanding of the dos and don'ts of disciplining students with disabilities.
