During this self-paced, modular workshop, participants will take a deep dive into NCTM’s Effective Mathematics Teaching Practices. For each of the eight practices, participants will discover ways to implement them in their own classroom and credit will be awarded based upon modules completed and work submitted.
After registering, participants will receive an email with a link to the Google site that houses all workshop instructions and activities.
This is an asynchronous course which runs from January 3, 2022 to May 13, 2022. To earn up to 8 hours of professional development credit, participants must complete and submit all work by May 13, 2022. All submitted work will be reviewed prior to credit being awarded. Professional development certificates will be available by May 27, 2022.
