**Please note, this learning experience is a virtual event and will not be hosted at a physical site.**
By the end of the workshop, teachers will be able to articulate essential understandings, desired results, and acceptable evidence of learning for the World Language courses they teach. They’ll also examine how to use backward design for planning for the year, for a thematic unit and/or for a lesson. This workshop is intended for novice learners who are new to planning with backward design and for veteran educators who are looking to establish a foundation for unit building and curriculum work.
