Session 1: Literacy Strategies that Build Stronger Relationships (Gr 3-8)




This Teaching & Learning professional learning opportunity will provide content, material, and strategies to assist educators in meeting the needs of students in their district.

**Please note, this learning experience is a virtual event and will not be hosted at a physical site.**

In this 3 part webinar series, participants will learn how to start the year off right and find balance in their ELAR classrooms by learning to use literacy to establish a classroom environment that grows happy healthy student/teacher relationships and mindful habits. Getting to know your students has never been so fun and meaningful!

·       Session 1: Literacy Strategies that Build Stronger Relationships (Gr 3-8)

·       Session 2: Literacy Strategies for Developing High Expectations for All Learners (Gr 3-8)

·       Session 3: Literacy Strategies for Establishing Appropriate Routines and Procedures (Gr3-8)

There are two price tiers for this event:

  1. Members of the Region 10 Instructional Practices Package receive free registration.
  2. R10 teachers and Out of Region teachers who are not members of the Region 10 Instructional Practices Package pay $100.00.
