As educators, it is safe to say we could all use a collective sigh to acknowledge the difficulty we have navigated this past year. In this SEL and Mindfulness workshop for educators, we will be embarking on an experiential journey through the CASEL wheel to:
- Reflect upon and process the difficulty the past year with self-awareness exercises
- Practice self-management strategies in support of working though stressful times
- Recognize shared experiences through connection and gratitude in service of social-awareness and relationship skills
- Realize a new way of showing up to our roles as educators by acknowledging what is working and practicing responsible decision making
