Social and emotional learning (SEL) has been a focus for many schools, but what about applying SEL skills to teacher self-care? This session is for those who may want to set positive goals for themselves, to understand the need for self-care, and how to apply CASEL’s competences of: self-awareness, social awareness, responsible decision-making, self-management, and relationship skills as it relates to a self-care plan.
