Are you looking for a more intentional approach to lesson planning that ensures solid teaching and learning? Let us help you move from “Soooo, how long is this Instructional Focus Document (IFD)?” to “The IFD is the best thing ever!” Activities in this self-paced session will focus on learning how to dissect an IFD, so you can construct standards-based plans that support literacy beyond the ELAR classroom.
Designing ELAR Lessons Using TRS as the Foundation (Self-Paced) session will be completed in five modules. All modules and extension work must be completed and submitted within the one week deadline to receive full credit. This session will be offered on a weekly basis to support the needs of educators for the 2020-2021 school year.
