For new users of Google Forms, learn how to make the most of surveys, formative assessments, and quizzes. Explore a few additional Form features that can help improve functionality and facilitate feedback. I will share how to set-up a Form, question types, and linking the Sheet. If you have created 0 - 5 Google Forms, this session is for you.

Using a laptop/desktop or Chromebook will allow maximum participation in this session.

This workshop is available at no fee to currently employed teachers in Region 10 public schools and to private schools that are members of the Title II Regional Cooperative Services. If your school/district participates in the package, the fee will go away in your shopping cart, once you are logged in to register.
