This session is designed to provide charter school leadership with practical tools for meeting EL compliance requirements, enhancing EL programming, and implementing instructional best practices for English learners. The forum will address specific charter school needs and provide opportunity for networking among other BE/ESL charter leaders. The focus of this particular session will be teacher certification requirements and implementing and sustaining a practical and effective professional development plan for teachers.
