The SAT Suite of Assessments—the SAT, PSAT/NMSQT, PSAT 10, and PSAT 8/9—make it easier to help students navigate a path from high school through college and career. The SAT Suite measures the same skills and knowledge in ways that make sense for different grade levels, so it’s easier to monitor student progress.
In the morning, participants will learn about the SAT Suite’s strong connection to classroom learning and College Board’s new Opportunity Scholarships. This scholarship program is open to all students and doesn’t require an essay, application, or minimum GPA requirement. Participants will also learn about the online K12 Educator Reports and free resources, such as Official SAT Practice on Khan Academy and AP Potential, and how they can be utilized to impact student achievement.
In the afternoon, participants will have the opportunity to put what they have learned into action through:
- Working with their team to access their online K12 Educator Reports and analyze their own student data.
- Working with their team to access Official SAT Practice and collaborate on next steps for campus/district implementation.
- Working with their team to create action plans integrating what they learned during the session with their current college readiness endeavors.
This session will be led by Amanda Dawson with the College Board.
Participants in this session will need to bring their own devices and have access to the SAT Suite K12 Reporting tool.
