This Teaching & Learning professional learning opportunity will provide content, material, and strategies to assist educators in meeting the needs of students in their district.
This session will ask teachers to look at data through the lenses of student Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats in relation to science TEKS. Educators are invited and encouraged to bring their own district data to comb through and look for student “glows and grows” in process skills and content knowledge. Join Region 10 ESC consultants as they walk educators through the SWOT process and provide a look at how to reach all students through purposeful lesson planning to address weak areas and potential threats to student comprehension. Come and learn with us!
