CACFP Effective Ops (Beginner)




This class is designed to broaden CACFP contracting entities' knowledge and understanding of how to manage and operate the food service aspects of the Child and Adult Care Food Program. Topics will include meal production records, food safety, inventory management, delivering meals to sites, and more.

Recommended for CEs that have have not participated in the CACFP as a sponsor or independent center that have need basic knowledge of the program.

This training is intended for CACFP Administrators, Program Directors, Managers and Supervisors that oversee documentation completion, compliance, training & monitoring.
