Effective Teaching Practices

This Teaching & Learning professional learning opportunity will provide content, material, and strategies to assist educators in meeting the needs of students in their district.

Important Session Information:

Small-Group Instruction has been proven effective in elementary math classrooms, and it can be successfully adapted for secondary classrooms, too. During this session, we will examine teaching and practice strategies that are data-informed, student-focused, purposeful and productive. We will also consider practical and proven organizational techniques that help establish routines and procedures for managing simultaneously occurring activities within the classroom.
