Updates to the College Preparatory Course Approval Process




Advanced Academics includes courses, programs, assessments, services and supports that provide opportunities for students to demonstrate college and career readiness and earn post-secondary credit.

Important Session Information:


In the 2025-2026 school year, CCMR credit can only be earned through College Prep courses that are on an approved TEA list by a student who is in 12th grade. This informational Zoom will provide an overview of the college preparatory course approval process, including recent information released from TEA about the application for college prep course providers.
