Anyone who creates content (docs, PDFs, social media posts, etc.) for public use must build that content accessible for those with disabilities who use screen readers -- it's the law.
**NOTE: This session is for anyone new to web accessibility or who needs a refresher course. This class focuses on main accessibility concepts and how to apply these concepts across multiple different software programs, so this lesson is concept-based instead of focusing on a single software like some of our other accessibility sessions (which do focus on a single software program).
Learn main web accessibility concepts through hands-on practice exercises to increase your learning, understanding, and retention.

- What are important steps to make slides compliant with ADA law?

You'll learn answers to the questions above along with important basic concepts that benefit everyone. Learn how to apply best practices when creating documents, PDFs, videos, newsletters and social media posts so this content is available and usable by everyone, including those with disabilities.
