Improving College & Career Readiness Through Instruction




This Teaching & Learning opportunity is a collaboration between advanced academics and career & technical education (CTE) to provide support for educators in meeting the needs of students.

Important Session Information:


**Please note, this learning experience is a virtual event and will not be hosted at a physical site.**

Participants in this session will walk through instructional considerations for pathways that, according to CCMR accountability, lead to college readiness or career readiness. The first hour (9 to 10) will focus on career readiness: IBCs, programs of study, Level I/II certificates, and SpEd workforce readiness. The second hour (10 to 11) will focus on college readiness: Being TSI Met (TSIA2, SAT, ACT, & college prep courses), AP, IB, Dual Credit, associate's degree and OnRamps. Participants may enter or exit the Zoom session as desired if they only need the career information starting at 9:00 a.m or the college information starting at 10:00 a.m.

All participants registered on the Region 10 website will receive Zoom login information prior to the session.
