Are you ready to supercharge your decision-making skills and problem-solving abilities? Harness the power of critical thinking to transform the way you approach challenges and opportunities!

Critical thinking is an essential skill but one that is severely challenged by today’s heavy workloads and time constraints, leading us to frequently engage in rushed, impulsive, even irrational behavior. In this workshop, participants will learn how to minimize the cognitive biases and logical fallacies we susceptible to when evaluating claims, making decisions or solving problems.

Participants will Explore:

  • Assess your own personal biases 
  • Evaluate the claims of others 
  • Improved decision making 
  • Arrive at rational solutions to problems

Important Session Information:


This training is designed for Administrative Assistants and Support Staff Employees. If your role does not meet the criteria of an Administrative Assistant or Support Staff personnel, you will not be eligible to attend this training.  

Due to the interaction of this training, it is limited to 30 participants. NO EXCEPTIONS! Registration will be on a first-come-first serve basis.   A waitlist will be taken to determine if another session is needed.

A link to join the session will be sent to those eligible and registered to participate prior to the event.

The cost for Charter Schools/Districts/Private Schools who have not purchased the Region 10 Administrative Services Package and non-Region 10 participants is $100.00 per person.
