Interpersonal skills like conflict resolution are essential in getting along with others, seeking compromises to accomplish things, and creating a more harmonious workplace. It requires active listening, understanding the difference between needs and positions, flexible thinking, empathy, emotional intelligence, effective communication, and problem-solving.

This workshop will explore the most common causes of conflict, strategies for negotiation, symbolic gestures to reestablish trust, identifying possible win-win situations, and making tradeoffs where no win-win is possible. Participants will have the opportunity to share their experiences.
