Targeted Audience: Executive Administrative Assistants, Secretaries, Support Staff

Are you ready to take the next step in producing spreadsheets that will sharpen your skill set, make your  job easier, and that will heighten your productivity?

Microsoft Excel is a powerful spreadsheet program used to organize and analyze data. This course will teach students how to manipulate and format list, create templates, and themes to make your worksheet more manageable. Excel is beneficial in Project Management, People Management, Strategic Analysis, Creating Budgets, and Storing and Sorting data.

In this engaging session, the below topics will be covered:

  • Formatting Worksheet Data/Using Cell Styles

  • Introduction to Worksheet Themes

  • Creating Custom Templates

  • Managing Worksheets: Inserting, Deleting, Renaming, Move/Copy

  • Grouping Worksheets

  • Freezing or Splitting Panes

  • Creating Custom Views

  • Using the Page Layout View

  • What is a well-defined list?

  • Inserting Tables

  • Flash fill

  • Multi-Level Sorting

  • Drop-down menus

Targeted Audience:

This training is designed for Administrative Assistants and Support Staff Employees. If your role does not meet the criteria of an Administrative Assistant or Support Staff personnel, you will not be eligible to attend this training.  

Due to the interaction of this training, it is limited to 30 participants. NO EXCEPTIONS! Registration will be on a first-come-first serve basis.   A waitlist will be taken to determine if another session is needed.

A link to join the session will be sent to those eligible and registered to participate prior to the event.
