CTE Curriculum Leadership




This Teaching & Learning professional learning opportunity will provide content, material, and strategies to assist educators in meeting the needs of students in their district.


Important Session Information:


The CTE Curriculum Leadership Training is designed to build the knowledge of CTE leaders, and their understanding of the impact curriculum has on programs, lead a CTE program through effective curriculum and identified targeted outcomes, execute a plan for collaboration in CTE through leveraging PLC in CTE, identify and explain how effective assessments function in CTE, and create meaningful CTE curriculum. A focus will be placed on backward design as outlined in the book Understand by Design by Jay McTighe and Grant Wiggins.
