Important Session Information:


One of the biggest challenges facing the educational office professionals is how to effectively manage the expanding responsibilities within the limitations of a reasonable workday.  This session will explore time management thru the lens of how you control your own time and how others control your time.  Topics will include Identifying common time wasters, not assuming other people’s monkeys, not allowing others to manage their time at your expense, streamlining or eliminating inefficient processes, and using technology to function as your second brain. Smart working and teaming effectively with your supervisor and colleagues to tackle time challenges also will be covered.
