Annual Head Start Summer Professional Development

Day 1 of 2 – In-person

Date:  Wednesday, July 24th, 2024

Hours:  8:30am-3:30pm

Location:  Region 10 Abrams Building

Format:  On-site, In-person, Face-to Face 

Who: All new and returning Region 10 Head Start teachers, instructional assistants and floaters.

This is Day 1 of Region 10 Head Start annual  professional development. The session format is face-to-face and will take place at the Region 10 Spring Valley Building. Learning will focus on 2024-2025 updates to Head Start program standards and developmentally appropriate practices. Social-emotional learning, classroom management, and behavior strategies will be included in each segment of the day.
