Description: Join us for a webinar that delves into the causes and effects of burnout. Learn to apply strategies from the book Compassionate Coaching by Kathy Perret and Kenny McKee, and discover additional resources to help you and your teammates who are experiencing burnout. This session is applicable to all educators.

In this interactive one hour webinar, you’ll experience:

1. New learning through a mini teach piece about burnout based on this article from Headspace and other research.
2. Interactive connection with others in small group breakout rooms to share experiences and problem solve together.
3. Individual time to reflect and create commitments for application.

Who should join: all educators

What are the Zoom camera expectations? While utilizing the zoom camera feature is up to you, please know that interaction and participation through connection and problem solving in breakout rooms is a large component of each session. Ensure that you are in a space that will allow you to participate (speak, type to chat, & access resources) fully, with or without the use of your camera.
