Family Weekend Retreat (FWR) is for families with deaf and hard of hearing children hosted by Statewide Outreach Center at Texas School for the Deaf.  This session is for Texas families with deaf or hard of hearing children, 6 months-18 years, and their hearing siblings.  Adults will attend educational workshops and learn about the many opportunities for communication and education for deaf and hard of hearing children.  Workshop presenters include a variety of professionals as well as parents and deaf and hard of hearing adults.  There will also be many activities where families can meet each other.
