Fine Arts and LOTE at the Meadows Museum
Thinking in 3D: Cultural and Critical Thinking in Renaissance Spain




This Teaching & Learning professional learning opportunity will provide content, material, and strategies to assist educators in meeting the needs of students in their district.

How can students learn about art, design, culture and language all at the same time? Experience it for yourself as Meadows Museum Educators and Region 10 Fine Arts / LOTE consultant Meredith Clark team up to facilitate learning about early, Spanish sculpture from the Renaissance. Gallery discussions model how to help students develop critical thinking and intercultural awareness.

 Parking is located underneath the museum. Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing for indoor temperatures. 

There are two price tiers for this event:

  1. Members of the Region 10 LOTE/Fine Arts Cooperative receive FREE registration.
  2. R10 teachers and Out of Region teachers who are not in the Region 10 LOTE/Fine Arts Cooperative pay $10.00.
