HR TASB Workshops

TASB trainings for the Human Resources representative.

If you are a current employee of a Region 10 District/Charter or Private School that has purchased the Human Resources Package, you are eligible to attend at no charge UP TO YOUR SCHOOL’S DESIGNATED ALLOTMENT.  Additional employees over the school’s allotment will be charged half price.  For all other participants there is a $150 registration fee due when registering.

Understanding the strategy and architecture behind the organization’s compensation plan is critical to recruiting and retaining top-notch staff and controlling costs. This workshop is designed for anyone who administers pay, recommends salaries, or explains it to employees or the board of trustees. Key components of pay administration will be covered including pay strategies, pay structures, pay adjustments, and placement for new or promoted employees.

  • Understanding fundamentals of pay strategies and pay structure
  • Conducting job market analyses
  • Adjusting pay plans
  • Establishing and determining employee pay
