Building Educator-to-Educator Relationships
Creating meaningful relationships with young people begins with the way adults connect, collaborate, and work together. This engaging workshop is designed to help educators and school professionals reflect on how effective adult-to-adult relationships strengthen the overall culture of connection across campuses and districts.
Participants will explore the concept of a relational ecosystem, examine how shared mindsets and actions influence collaboration, and identify ways to intentionally partner with colleagues to better support students. Through discussion, reflection, and collaborative planning, attendees will leave with practical strategies to strengthen teamwork and create a more connected, relationship-centered environment for young people.
Participants Will:
Interpret their organization through the lens of a relational ecosystem and explore how young people experience relationships within their school community
Evaluate how their own mindsets and actions impact collaboration with other staff members in building relationships with young people
Create an intentional approach to relationship-building with other adults, including shared mindsets and actions that support stronger connections with students across campuses and districts
Who Should Attend:
All education professionals who desire to build strong, meaningful relationships with students in our schools and communities, including teachers, counselors, administrators, instructional aides, behavior specialists, support staff, and community partners.
