This session presents the Fidelity Continuum Scale as a data-driven tool for school districts to use to determine the point of implementation of Restorative Discipline Practices (RDP) at the school district and campus levels. The Response Leadership Team, RLT is tasked with ensuring the training and implementation plan is resulting in data. RDP is a PROCESS and not a PROGRAM that requires a three to five year implementation plan. This Fidelity Scale will provide a reliable and efficient measure of the extent to which school personnel are applying the key components of RDP.

- Restorative Practices Tier 1 Administrator: Community Building Tools
- Restorative Practices Tier 2 Coordinator: Expanding Tier 1 & Repairing the Harm
- Restorative Practices Tier 3 Coordinator: Circles of Support & Accountability
*Completion of this training and submission of data to the Texas Education Agency, a Campus RP Badge of Distinction can be earned.*
Objective: To provide participants with sustainable 3-5 year implementation planning of Restorative Discipline Practices (RDP) on their campus or within their district.
- Participants will learn to use their RLT as a collaborative team to make data-driven decisions about training activities and actions.
- Participants will learn how to implement RDP at the Tier 1, 2 and 3 levels to support positive student and staff outcomes; including circles, Restorative chats, I statements or affective statements, etc.
- Participants will expand their collaboration with families and community members as integral parts of RDP.
