Rural School Counselor Cohort - Conversation One

Designed for school counselors serving rural and small school districts, this four-session virtual cohort provides practical strategies, collaborative learning, and ongoing support to strengthen comprehensive school counseling programs. Participants will explore topics including college, career, and military readiness (CCMR), student mental health, data-informed decision-making, and best practices aligned with the Texas Model while connecting with colleagues who understand the unique opportunities and challenges of rural schools.

Optional Virtual Office Hours

Following each 90-minute session, participants are invited to stay for an optional 30-minute Office Hour to ask questions, collaborate with peers, share resources, and receive individualized support.

1.    Members of the Region 10 Counselor Initiative and Support System (CISS) Cooperative receive free registration. 

 2.   Those who are NOT members of the Region 10 Counselor Initiative and Support System (CISS) Cooperative will have a fee of $125.
