Title I, C Migrant Education Program (OFP)
Program Overview For New Program Contacts

Title I, Part C - MEP Program

Important Session Information:

This session provides school and district administrators with an overview of their responsibilities in supporting the Texas Migrant Education Program (MEP). Participants will review the administrator's role in the Identification and Recruitment (ID&R) process, program implementation, Priority for Services (PFS), the Service Delivery Plan (SDP), eligibility validation, and other state and federal requirements that support high-quality services for migratory students.    Because the identification and recruitment of eligible migratory children is a Texas Migrant Education Program requirement, each local education agency is expected to have administrative representation participate in this annual training provided by the Education Service Center.
