Participants will start by reviewing the data submission process including 10 checks. Participants will also explore best practices in rostering, develop effective evaluation workflows, and engage in guided walkthroughs of key processes. Additionally, we will highlight strategies for building and sustaining strong stakeholder committees to support decision-making and continuous improvement throughout the year.
