Time: Full Day Training

This training is designed to improve inter-rater reliability between campus and district appraisers.
-Participants in this training gain a comprehensive understanding of the calibration process. 
-Participants will engage in multiple calibration exercises using the T-TESS rubric and two distinct protocols, allowing them to refine their scripting and evidence collection skills. 
-Participants will understand the calibration process and the importance of inter-rater reliability; apply the T-TESS rubric to the classroom observation process through videoed lessons;

This Training directly aligns with the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) inter-rater reliability and skew.  

This training is for current administrators.  If you are currently an administrator in a district/charter/private school that has purchased the Region 10 Administrative Services Package, there is no charge for this training.

If you are currently a teacher in a district/charter/private school, you will be charged the registration fee of $150.00 to attend this training.

If you are an administrator in a district/charter/private school that has not purchased our Region 10 Administrative Services Package, you will be charged the registration fee of $150.00 to attend this training.
