Mission Possible: Exception & Waiver Leadership Academy is a three-part leadership experience designed to help district teams build strong systems for the bilingual exception and ESL waiver process. 

Beginning with Mission Foundations, participants will strengthen their understanding of the process, identify key stakeholders, organize the data and resources needed before beginning the application, and explore TEAL access, application requirements, and the first quadrant of the year-round implementation cycle. More than a compliance training, this academy empowers district leaders to prepare with purpose, strengthen collaboration, and confidently develop a high-quality application that supports multilingual learner success.
