Conference registration begins with an early bird rate of $100, which includes a conference T-shirt for those registered by May 15, 2026. For Region 10 schools, charters, and ECI staff, the standard rate is $125 and includes a T-shirt if registration is completed by May 31, 2026; beginning June 1, 2026, the rate remains $125 but no T-shirt is included. Region 10 ECI staff should apply discount code ECI26.

For Out-of-region or private schools, the rate is $300 and includes a T-shirt if registered by May 31, 2026; starting June 1, 2026, the cost remains $300 without a T-shirt. Invoices will be issued prior to the conference, and payment by purchase order or credit card must be received by June 30, 2026, or the registration will be canceled.

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to Melina.renteria@region10.org no later than July 10, 2026, to receive a full refund; after that date, refunds are unavailable, though registrations may be transferred by contacting the same email address.
